Saturday: Severe cold wave conditions contiune in Punjab and most parts of Himachal Pradesh and Haryana.

The weather remained dry in the area. The night temperatures changed a little. These were below normal in Himachal Pradesh and markedly below normal in the rest of area. The lowest temperature in the plains was 2.9°C recorded at Amritsar.
