TUESDAY: Cold conditions have abated in Punjab and Haryana, including Chandigarh. The weather remained dry in the area. The night temperatures changed a little in the area. These were markedly above normal in HP and normal in Haryana and Punjab. The lowest temperature in the plains was 0.2°C recorded at Amritsar.
