Wednesday: Cold wave conditions prevailing in parts of Punjab and Haryana, including Delhi, are likely to continue over the next two days.

The weather was dry in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Punjab.

Night temperatures fell in Haryana and changed little elsewhere. They were markedly above normal in Himachal Pradesh, normal in Haryana and below normal in Punjab. The lowest temperature in the plains was 2.4°C recorded at Amritsar.

Forecast: Mainly sunny days likely in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Punjab.

Warning: Ground frost is likely to occur at a few places in Punjab during the next two nights.
