CHENNAI, Aug 10 — The AIADMK-led front in Tamil Nadu today threatened to withdraw support to the Vajpayee government if it did not notify the original draft scheme to implement the Cauvery water interim award by August 12.

NEW DELHI, Aug 10 — The Shiromani Akali Dal today reiterated its demand against inclusion of Udham Singh Nagar in the proposed Uttaranchal state with Punjab Chief Minister Prakash Singh Badal saying there was no change in the party’s stand on the issue.
