MEA spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin said Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai, Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa, Maldives President Yameen Abdul Gayoom, Bhutan Prime Minister Lyonchhen Tshering Tobgay and Nepalese Prime Minister Sushil Koirala would attend the oath-taking ceremony at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.
