Ad-dress the heat
Evening delight
Evening certainly requires a little more glamour. After a morning devoted to shopping followed by afternoon lunch, a couple of hours at a parlour or a spa; all you need to do is relax with a drink in the evening or if you’re a party animal, rejoice at a club. And remember, the dark or blazing bright colours go well for a perfect evening; although a casual evening calls for a more subtle choice of colour.

Shefali Vasudev High on fashion
Lifestyle writing was her forte, but when Shefali Vasudev, former editor of Marie Claire, dived deep down into the gagging depths of Indian fashion, she chronicled it all into a book, Powder Room, which was quite in news.

Sunny Deol Bright & Sunny
While the red-hot molten summer sun drowned on the horizon of the clear crimson sky, the typical city evening found an unusual respite in the company of a star who exuded much charm. You have seen him fight the Pakistani army with a hand-pump in Gadar Ek Prem Katha and you sure remember his Dhai kilo ka haath. Yes we are talking about Sunny Deol, who was in Chandigarh to promote his film Yamla Pagla Deewana 2.

Hair-raising issue
Unwanted hair on chin, face and chest can cause inferiority complex in a woman. One tries to get rid of these by traditional means like waxing, threading, tweezing etc. But these methods are not beneficial as most women end up damaging their skin with pigmentation. So, here comes the option of laser. Although it does not make all unwanted hair disappear, it does help us to get rid of this curse called Hirsutism.

A quick warm up
A good start to the round sets the foundation to a good score. This is normally possible when you are able to swing freely and well at the start which in turn is created by a good warm up before teeing off.

TROUBLE SHOOTER
Coping up with mood swings
My daughter has a lot of mood swings. She is 16 years old. She took an overdose of sleeping pills after she had a fight with a friend. She is an only child. I am a housewife and spend a lot of time with her but she doesn't talk to me much. She threatens to leave or die if we stop her from doing things. We have few friends as my husband remains busy. She used to be okay- just more shy than others and very attached to me when she was younger. She was diagnosed as borderline p d or bipolar depression.

Grill them right, grill them light!
Hot food and hot weather don't go hand in hand, but you've gotta hand it to me here.....a lightly grilled sandwich, filled with crunchy fresh greens, a drizzle of tangy dressing and some protein is a refreshing change from piping hot daal and puffed up steamy rotis! Anything with melted cheese spewing out on the plate amounts to Paradise on my palate!
