My daughter has a lot of mood swings. She is 16 years old. She took an overdose of sleeping pills after she had a fight with a friend. She is an only child. I am a housewife and spend a lot of time with her but she doesn't talk to me much. She threatens to leave or die if we stop her from doing things. We have few friends as my husband remains busy. She used to be okay- just more shy than others and very attached to me when she was younger. She was diagnosed as borderline p d or bipolar depression.
