UN chief Ban Ki-moon arrives in Delhi today New Delhi, April 24 This will be Ban’s third visit to India after he took over as the head of the world body in 2007. Apart from New Delhi, Ban, who will be accompanied by a high-level delegation, will visit Mumbai, according to MEA spokesman Syed Akbaruddin. Besides the PM, the UN chief will meet External Affairs Minister SM Krishna, Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar and Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad.
