The colour theory says, splash it all the more on people who are hiding or hibernating. That way, it’s more fun. Hurray! It’s a Holi Holi holiday. In the Capital or B-town, whose Holi bash you attend decides how far you’ve arrived. Breaking the ice and inking every one around couldn’t get easier.
