Bail for Nirmal Yadav in cash-at-judge’s-door scam Chandigarh, August 27 Nirmal Yadav personally appeared before the trial court judge in the district courts complex following a direction by the Punjab and Haryana HC. The court asked her to furnish a bail bond of Rs 25,000, which was offered by her family friend and lawyer Preduman Yadav. The court directed her to be present at the next date of hearing on September 16. Earlier, Yadav had failed to appear before the court consecutively for three times - May 19, July 9 and August 1. Yadav, who was accompanied by her daughter Suruchi and advocates Ravindra Pandit and SK Garg, reached the court of CBI special judge Ritu Tagore at 10.50 am. She stayed in the courtroom for around 10 minutes and left after her bail bonds were furnished. Avoids media
