MLA asks govt to
declare open rly overbridge for public

Local MLA Harmandir Singh Jassi today asked the
government to declare open for the public soon the rail overbridge constructed to make the passage to Mansa, Talwandi Sabo and Dabwali a smooth one.
Students hurt in mishap

Over ten students were reportedly injured as a bus skidded near the Government Primary School of village Lamochar Khurd on the Jalalabad-Fazilka road today.As per the details, the bus was on its way to the school. As the bus reached near the Government Primary School of village Lamochar
Khurad, the driver of the bus, Gurjant Singh, in a bid to save a cyclist, lost control over the vehicle that turned turtle and fell in a paddy field.
