Tharoor, Sunanda exchanged rings in Kasauli?

Tweet-happy former Minister of State for External Affairs and Thiruvananthapuram MP Shashi Tharoor and friend Sunanda Pushkar were seen here yesterday.

The first-time MP and Dubai-based businesswoman Sunanda, along with friends and family members reportedly arrived here on June 26. After staying for two nights at a private villa, they left this morning, eyewitnesses said.

As per earlier reports in a section of the media, the couple was to be engaged on June 27 at actor Sanjay Khan’s The Golden Palms Hotel and Spa in Bangalore. However, after spotting the two at this hill station, it was being surmised that the ring ceremony may have been held here to avoid the media glare. — TNS
