Two bomb planters arrested
Were planning to strike malls, ONGC offices

Mumbai, March 14
Anti-terror squad of the Mumbai police today claimed to have taken into custody two suspects who were allegedly planning to carry out bomb blasts in the city. Identified as Abdul Latif alias Guddu (29) and Riyaz Ali (23), the duo were arrested from Matunga railway station on Saturday evening, the police said.

CRPF jawan killed in grenade attack
Srinagar, March 14
In the third strike in the city within a week, militants today attacked a CRPF patrol near a police station in downtown Srinagar, killing a jawan and injuring five others. Unidentified militants hurled a grenade at a group of CRPF personnel at Pather Masjid near Maharaj Gunj Police Station around 3.15 pm, injuring six jawans, official sources said.
