Rohtak, December 22
A couple and their minor daughter were injured in a crude bomb explosion in the housing board colony of Sector 1 here late this evening. The injured were shifted to PGIMS where they have been stated to be out of danger. The injuries suffered by the victims, identified as Prashant alias Raju, his wife Chanchal and 11-year-old daughter Munny, have reportedly been described as minor with some burns on limbs.

A team of forensic experts has reached the spot. The incident took place at around 8.40 pm. The bomb was placed in a small transistor which was kept on the roadside near a house. It is being suspected that the girl, who was having a stroll with her parents, picked up the bright red-coloured transistor, which immediately exploded, causing injury to the trio.
