Nagar kirtan was taken out in the city today ahead of martyrdom day of Guru Teg Bahadur. The procession started from gurudwara Dukh Nivaran Sahib and went through Field Gunj, Brown Road, Chaura Bazar, Kailash Cinema road before coming back to the gurudwara.

Some unidentified robbers take away costly machines from a factory situated on the Rattan Heri road. The incident took place late last night when 10 or 12 people arrived in the factory in a truck and started loading the machines, which were built in the factory.
