Punjab police rapped for failure to arrest Poohla

The Punjab and Haryana High Court today came down heavily on the state of Punjab for failure of the police in arresting Nihang leader Ajit Singh Poohla of Beas-Baba Bakala area. He is allegedly involved in the murder of seven persons in 1991.
