Farmers exhorted to adopt drip irrigation system

About 75 per cent subsidy would be given to farmers who adopt drip irrigation system for irrigating fields. This was revealed by Kahan Singh Pannu, deputy commissioner, during a meeting with the district agriculture production committee here.
