Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have been reported from various places in east Rajasthan and Uttaranchal, at a few places in west Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh and at isolated places in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Haryana: Chhachhrauli 5, Guhla, Jagadhari and Tajewala 2 each and Dubwali 1, Himachal Pradesh: Paonta 5, East Jagadhari and Tajewala 2 each and Dubwali 1, Himachal Pradesh: Paonta 5, East Rajasthan: Pindwara 5, Dug 4, Ajmer, Aklera, Gogunda, Jhadol and Pushkar 3 each, Degod, Dariabad, Girva, Kota, Mavli, Nithuwa, Sarada, Sarwar and Udaipur City 2 each and Asnawar, Jhalawar, Manoharthana, Mount Abu, Pipalda, Sangod, Sikrai, Udaipur AP, Veja and Vallabhnagar 1 each, west Forecast valid until the morning of August 2: Rain/thundershowers likely to occur at many places in east Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh, at a few places in Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, west Rajasthan, west Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and at isolated places in the rest of the region.
