Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at most places in Himachal Pradesh, at a few places in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan and Uttaranchal and at isolated places in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are:
Haryana: Dadupur 3 and Tajewala 2; Himachal Pradesh: Nagrota Surian 10, Guler and Ghamroor 9 each, Nadaun 8, Berthin 6, Bhang 3, Kasauli, Rampur Bushahar and Solang Nala 2 each and Dharampur, Dhundhi, Kahu, Kasol, Pandoh, Paonta, Shimla, Sujanpur Tira and Sundernagar 1 each; Jammu and Kashmir: Katra 4; Punjab: Nagal 1; east Rajasthan: Anta and Bhilwara 7 each, Aklera 5, Asnawar, Begu, Bagore and Jhalawar 4 each, Jhadol and Paroli 3 each, Baran, Kota, Kachola, Mandol and Nathdwara 2 each and Danpur, Jahazpur, Kushalgarh, Kareda, Mandolgarh, Shahbad, Sawai Madhopur and Veja 1 each; West Rajasthan: Ahore 4, Bagoda and Bali 3 each, Desuri and Dhorimanna 2 each and Gudamalani 1; east Uttar Pradesh: Gorakhpur and Lucknow control room 4 each, Hanumansetu 3 and Turtipar 1 and Uttaranchal: Uttarkashi 2 and Srinagar 1.

Forecast valid until the morning of July 26: Rain/thundershowers will occur at many places in Himachal Pradesh, east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal, at a few places in the rest of the region.
