Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures rose in Jammu and Kashmir and changed little elsewhere. Departure: This was markedly above normal in Jammu and Kashmir, appreciably above normal in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, west Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal, above normal in Punjab and normal in east Uttar Pradesh. The lowest temperature in the plains was 8.0C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of February 14: Rain/snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of February 14: Partly cloudy sky. Mist in the morning. The minimum temperature will be around
