Rainfall: Weather was mainly dry over the region.

Temperatures: past 24-hour change: The minimum temperatures changed little.

Departures: They were appreciably above normal in Rajasthan, above normal in west Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 5.2°C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 29: Rain/snow is likely at a few places in Jammu and Kashmir and at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal. Rain/thundershowers are likely at isolated places in Punjab and north Rajasthan. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.
