Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures changed little. Departure: They were below normal in Jammu and Kashmir and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 8°C recorded at Amritsar.

Forecast valid until the morning of November 18: Rain/snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 18: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. The minimum temperature will be around 13°C .
