Rainfall: The weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours’ change: The minimum temperatures fell in Jammu and Kashmir and changed little elsewhere.

Departure: They were below normal in Jammu and Kashmir and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 8.2°C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 11: Isolated rain/snow is likely in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. The weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 11: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. The minimum temperature will be around 12°C.
