Rainfall: Rain/snow has occurred at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Weather was dry in the rest of the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures changed little. Departure: They were below normal in Jammu and Kashmir, above normal in Haryana and west Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 11.4°C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 4: Rain/snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 4: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. The minimum temperature will be around 14°C.
