Unidentified miscreants today shot dead a BSP leader in the Dhoomanganj area of Allahabad district. The police said BSP leader Ram Vishal Pal was sitting outside his house this afternoon when he was accosted by two assailants who later took him to the Ramkrishna Mission road and shot him. — UNI
