Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers occurred at many places in Himachal Pradesh, East Rajasthan and Uttaranchal, at a few places in Haryana, West Rajasthan and East Uttar Pradesh and at isolated places in the rest of the region.

The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Haryana: Kalka 2 and Chandigarh, Chhachhrauli and Naraingarh 1 each, Himachal Pradesh: Bhang, Paonta and Sundernagar 3 each. Bhuntar, Dhundhi, Kahu, Kasol, Pandoh, Sujanpurtira and Solangnala 2 each and Nadaun, Kasauli, Kandaghat and Shimla 1 each, East Rajasthan: Pindwara 20, Mount Abu 15, Nathdwara 10, Udaipur city 9, Abu Road, Jhadol, Salopat 6, each, Gogunda, Mavli, Sajangarh and Udaipur AP 5 each, Begu, Bhopalsagar, Ballabhnagar and Dhambola 4 each, Bhadesar, Chittorgarh, Chickli, Dungla, Galiakot, Mandalgarh, Rajsamand and Railmogra 3 each, Sagwara 2 and Devgarh and Shahbad 1 each, West Rajasthan: Bhinmal, Dungargarh, Jaswantpura and Rainwara 2 each and Sanchore 1, East Uttar Pradesh: Ghazipur 3, Elginbridge and sultanpur 2 each and Ballia, Banda, Gorakhpur, Hamirpur and Varanasi AP 1 each, West Uttar Pradesh: Agra 2 and Shahjina 1 and Uttaranchal: Haridwar 3, Marora, Rishikesh and Tehri 1 each.
