Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, east Rajasthan, east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Himachal Pradesh: Bangana 1; East Rajasthan: Baswa 5 and Bharatpur, Govindgarh, Kaman and Kumbher 1 each; and Uttaranchal: Bausan 5.

Forecast valid until the morning of August 13: Rain/thundershowers are likely at a few places in Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal and at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, east Rajasthan and North Uttar Pradesh. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of August 13: Partly cloudy sky with possibility of thundery development in some areas.
