Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at most places in east Rajasthan, at many places in Jammu and Kashmir and west Rajasthan, at a few places in west Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and at isolated places in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm. are: Jammu and Kashmir: Katra 3 and Pahalgam 2, east Rajasthan: Mount Abu 15, Dariabad 12, Sajangarh, Sallopat and Shergarh 10 each, Dhambola and Kherwara 9 each, Bagidora, Dabla, Ganeshpur and Sallumber 8 each, Bagore, Chikli, Galliakot, Pindwara and Sarara 7 each, Banera, Banswara, Hamirgarh, Kachola, Kanva, Mandalgar and Viratnagar 6 each, Asind, Amer, Arthuna, Baran, Deval, Kushalgarh, Reodar and Shahpura 5 each, Anta, Bayana, Baseri, Bari Sadri, Jhadl, Kotda, Kotri Loharia, Nadoti, Sheoganj, Sarwar and Sagwara 4 each and Aspur, Abu Road, Bhainsroadgarh, Bhim, Garhi, Hurda, Jahazpur, Kapatan, Kesarpura, Lalsot, Malpura, Mavli, Mangliwas, Nainwa, Piplu, Paroli, Rasmi, Sirohi and Sabla 3 each, west Rajasthan: Jaswantpura 15, Bilara 8, Bhinmal and Rainwara 6 each, Bali, Raipur, Sanchore and Sumerpur 5 each, Desuri 4, Ahore, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Sadwa and Sajot 3 each, Dorimanna and Gadraroad 2 each and Fatehgarh, Jodhpur city, Jatrain, Luni and M Junction 1 each, east Uttar Pradesh: Mohana 4, Varanasi city 3 Dalmau 2 and Chatnag, Chillaghat and Kanpur 1 each, west Uttar Pradesh: Mathura 1 and Uttaranchal: Uttarkasi 7, Srinagar 2 and Rudraprayag 1.
