Washington, July 17
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh arrived here today on a three-day visit to the United States during which he will hold talks with President George W Bush focusing on the battle against terrorism, cooperation in economic and civil nuclear energy sectors.

During his talks with Bush on Monday, the Prime Minister is expected to engage on issues crucial to India’s emergence as an emerging global power. — PTI
