Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The maximum temperatures rose in Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were above normal in Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The highest maximum temperature in the region was 44°C recorded at Dholpur (Rajasthan).

Forecast valid until the morning of June 4: Rain/thundershowers are likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Isolated duststorm/thunderstorm is likely in Rajasthan. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.
