New Delhi, January 27
Rainfall: Rain/snow has occurred at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather was dry in rest of the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell appreciably in west Uttar Pradesh and changed a little elsewhere. Departures: They were appreciably below normal in Punjab, below normal in west Uttar Pradesh and normal in rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 2.9°C recorded at Ludhiana.

Forecast valid until the morning of January 29: Rain/snow is likely at a few places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of January 29: Partly cloudy sky. Fog in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 7°C.

Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi forecast valid until the morning of January 29: Sky will be partly cloudy.
