Cop probing PMT leak arrested by CBI

New Delhi, April 29
The CBI today arrested Delhi police official Sanjay Gupta, probing the CBSE PMT paper leak case, for allegedly demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs 2 lakh from the kin of a person whose name had figured in the case.

Acting on a complaint, the CBI laid a trap and arrested the sub-inspector who was the investigating officer in the paper leak case while he was allegedly accepting bribe from the father of one of the persons allegedly involved in the case.

Searches were being conducted at his residential premises, CBI sources said. — PTIBack
