Nanda, posted as Joint Finance Advisor in the DDA. Ghaziabad: A 22-year-old youth, Ramesh Kumar of Vivekanand Colony here was killed by his friend and his body was thrown near the railway line carbon factory. Vijay Nagar police sent the body for autopsy after a passer-by had informed the police about it. Later, he was identified as Ramesh Kumar, son of Hira Lal of Vivekanand Colony.
