Rainfall: Rain or snow has occurred at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh. Weather was dry in the rest of the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell appreciably in Punjab, fell in east Rajasthan and Uttaranchal and changed little elsewhere. Departure: These were below normal in Punjab, appreciably above normal in west Rajasthan, above normal in Haryana and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 5.5°C recorded at Amritsar.

Forecast valid until the morning of February 22: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of February 22: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 12°C.
