cm are: Himachal Pradesh: Dhundhi 6, Solangnala 5, Bhuntar 2 and Bangana, Nadaun, Pandoh, Rampurbushahar and Sujanpurtira 1 each and Jammu and Kashmir: Banihal 3, Quazigund 2 and Srinagar 1.
Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell appreciably in Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab, fell in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, west Rajasthan and Uttaranchal and changed little elsewhere.
Departures:
They were appreciably above normal in Haryana, Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Jammu and Kashmir, west Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 9.0°C recorded at Amritsar (Punjab).
