Offer to surrendered militants may fuel Jammu, February 2 In a statement here today, Col V.P. Sharma (retd), general secretary of the
JMM, said the unemployed youth were bound to get frustrated because of the incentive to those engaged in militancy. He alleged that the state government was not bothered about the resettlement of the refugees of 1947 from occupied Kashmir and the unemployed youth, but was more concerned about militants. He demanded an explanation from the BJP-led NDA government that had allowed the state government to implement the policy. He demanded that the state government should provide an incentive of Rs 2 lakh and a monthly stipend of Rs 2500 to each of the unemployed youth. |
