Notice to Bihar police in Dubey murder case

New Delhi, December 10
The National Human Rights Commission has issued a notice to the Bihar Police and Chairman of National Highway Authorities of India (NHAI) seeking explanation to the alleged lapses into Satyendra Dubey murder case.

The commission took note of the media reports into the “lapses” by the Bihar Police for not investigating the cases “properly” and the NHAI for not treating the complaints made by the IIT engineer about misappropriations in the prestigious Golden Quadrilateral Highway project, with which he was associated. — UNI
