Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose appreciably in Jammu and Kashmir, rose in Himachal Pradesh and Punjab and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were below normal in Punjab, above normal in Himachal Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 2.7°C recorded at Amritsar (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of December 4: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of December 4: Mainly clear sky likely to become partly cloudy by tomorrow. Mist in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 07°C.
