Weather was dry over the region.
Temperatures: past 24-hour change: Minimum temperatures fell in east Uttar Pradesh and changed little elsewhere.

Departures: They were above normal in Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 9.5 °C recorded at Amritsar.

Forecast valid until the morning of November 6: Rain or thundershowers are likely at a few places in Jammu and Kashmir and at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 6: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 14 °C.
