Mobile phones for J&K

New Delhi, July 2
The dream of having cell phone in militancy-hit Jammu and Kashmir received a boost after the Union Home Ministry cleared the proposal for starting the service in the state which would have to be finally cleared by the Ministry of Defence (MoD). 

Home Ministry sources today said the file for starting mobile phones in the state had been cleared and sent to the Defence Ministry for final clearance. — PTI
