Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in east Uttar Pradesh. Weather was dry in the rest of the region. Allahabad (East Uttar Pradesh) recorded 1 cm of rainfall.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures changed little.

Departures: They were below normal in west Uttar Pradesh and rest of the region.

The lowest temperature in the plains was 4.5°C recorded at Halwara (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of February 15: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Rain or thundershowers are likely at isolated places in east Uttar Pradesh. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.
