Rainfall: Weather was mainly dry over the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, east Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and changed little elsewhere.

Departures: They were below normal in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab, above normal in east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 3.7°C recorded in Amritsar.

Forecast valid until the morning of February 12: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal and Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of February 12: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 7°C.
