from cold in region New Delhi, January 12 Rainfall:
Weather was dry over the region. Temperature: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in Jammu and Kashmir changed little
elsewher. Departure: They were appreciably below normal in Uttar Pradesh, below normal in Haryana, east Rajasthan and Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 0.8°C recorded at Churu (Rajasthan). Forecast valid until the morning of 14th:
