Rainfall: Weather was mainly dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: minimum temperatures changed a little. Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Haryana, Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Punjab and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 20C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of December 24: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of December 24: mainly clear sky. Mist or fog in the morning. Slight fall in minimum temperatures and it will be around 90C.

Farmers’ weather bulletin for Delhi: Forecast valid until the morning of December 24: Sky will be mainly clear.
