CJI gets report on charges against Judges

New Delhi, December 8
The three-judge committee probing into the alleged corruption charges against three Judges of the Punjab and Haryana High Court today submitted its inquiry report to Chief Justice G.B. Patnaik for further action.

Mr Justice Patnaik is likely to decide soon on the action . The committee comprising Andhra Pradesh High Court Chief Justice A.R. Lakshmanan, Madras High Court Chief Justice B. Subhashan Reddy and Justice Jha of the Allahabad High Court, had examined the three Judges of the Punjab and Haryana High Court Mr Justice Amarbir Singh Gill, Mr Justice Mehtab Singh Gill and Mr Justice M.L.
