Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell in Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh and changed a little elsewhere. Departure: They were below normal in Punjab, above normal in Himachal Pradesh, east Rajasthan and Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region.

The lowest temperature in the plains was 4.4°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 28: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 28: Mainly clear sky. Minimum temperature will be around 9°C.
