Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change Minimum temperatures fell appreciably in Haryana, Punjab and west Rajasthan, fell in Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal and changed a little elsewhere. Departure: They were appreciably above normal in east Rajasthan, east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal, above normal in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, west Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 5.4°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 27: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.
