Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose appreciably in Haryana, west Rajasthan and Uttaranchal, rose in Himachal Pradesh and east Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were markedly above normal in west Rajasthan and Uttaranchal, appreciably above normal in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and east Rajasthan, above normal in Punjab and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 7.5°C recorded at Amritsar (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 26: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid the morning of November 26: Mainly cloudy sky. Minimum temperature will be around 14°C.
