Rainfall: weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures changed little.

Departures: They were appreciably above normal in east Rajasthan, above normal in Haryana and west Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 11.8°C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 7: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Rain or thundershowers are likely at isolated places in Rajasthan. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.
