Rainfall: Rain or thundershowes have occurred at most places in Himachal Pradesh and east Rajasthan, at many places in west Uttar Pradesh, at a few places in Uttaranchal and at isolated places in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and east Uttar Pradesh. Weather was dry in west Rajasthan. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Haryana: Delhi Ridge 2 and Panipat 1, Himachal Pradesh: Bharwain 18, Ghamroor 11, Sarkaghat 6, Amb and Bangana 4 each, Sunibhajji 3, Guler, Mandi, Nagrotasurian, Nadaun, Sujanpurtira and Sundernagar 2 each and Berthin, Jahu, Kangra, Kandaghat, Shimla and Una 1 each, Punjab: Ludhiana 1, east Rajasthan: Baseri 6, Angai 4, Bari, Mandrail and Sepau 3 each, Dholpur, Deeg, Rajakhera and Ramgarh 2 each and Bharatpur, Bhanwargarh, Baswa, Bhadurpur, Karauli, Kaman, Mandawar, Malakhera, Roopwas, Sewa, Talabshai and Urmilsagar 1 each, east Uttar Pradesh: Neemsar 4, Mirzapur 3, Banda 2 and Dalmau and Raebareli 1 each, west Uttar Pradesh: Agra 2 and Auraiya, Hamirpur, Jhansi, Mathura and Shahjina 1 each, and Uttaranchal: Mukteshwar 2 and Hardwar and Rudraprayag 1 each.
