Monsoon has been active in Himachal Pradesh and east Rajasthan.

Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have been reported at most places in east Rajasthan, at many places in Himachal Pradesh, at a few places in Jammu and Kashmir, west Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and at isolated places in Haryana, west Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh. Weather was mainly dry in Punjab. The chief amounts of rainfall in cms are: Haryana: Hisar and Rohtak 1 each, Himachal Pradesh: Baijnath,24, Dharamsala 12, Kangra 4 Nagrotasurian and Sujanpurtira 2 each and Bhuntar, Guler, Kumarsain, Nadaun, Rampurbushar and Rohru 1 each, Jammu and Kashmir: Jammu and Katra 9 each, east Rajasthan: Jawha 6, Darra Colony, Kapasan and Rasmi 5 each, Mount Abu, Pratapgarh and Raipur 4 each, Asind, Banswara, Govindgarh, Hindoli,k Pushkar and Serwar 3 each, Bijolia, Bhimsagar, Cholidam, Gopalpura, Mahidam, Nasikrabad, Sawanbhado, Shawargarh, Uaipur AP and Vagandam 2 each and Ajmer, Abhaypura, Arnod, Bethali, Beawar, Gegal, Guddadam, Jhalawar, Kishangarh, laxmangarh, Mangarh, Mandal, Nasodha, Pisanganj, Rianbasera, Sandesar and Vardhadam 1 each, east Uttar Pradesh: Allahabad and Banda 2 each and Ghazipur 1, west Uttar Pradesh: Mathura 3 and Auraiya 1 and uttaranchal: Tehri 2 and Joshimath and Rudraprayag 1 each.
